Tri open water swimming

7Oaks Tri Club announce open water swim dates.

There is open water swimming at Haysden Lake, Tonbridge from Monday 13th May to the end of September from 6.30pm to dusk.

The lake is open to British Triathlon Federation members and members of 7Oaks Tri Club. Sessions are free to annual members and a clip of your session card for PAYG club members. It is £5 to non club members.

7Oaks Tri Club ask that if you have not swum in a lake before to make yourself known to one of the 7Oaks Tri Club members at signing in. They can help you understand what to expect when you first dip your toes in the water!
