Welcome to the Castle Triathlon Series new school programme, ‘Tri-Knights’, the first curriculum linked triathlon resource for primary schools in the UK.

Tri-Knights Schools Roadshow

We are passionate about helping schools bring to life triathlon and have done this successfully over the last 3 years through a unique cross curriculum School Roadshow.

Primary schools each bring 30 KS2 children to a Castle venue for a half-day of triathlon training and half day cultural learning about the historic venue and setting. All of the activity is curriculum linked helping schools achieve their statutory requirements whilst keeping the children healthy and inspired (by the World’s fastest growing sport). Bikes are provided for all children and elite triathletes join the training team to share insights with those attending.

Each castle will host a roadshow for a week where schools can pick a day to suit them. We hope to host 10 schools a day and 50 a week. The cost is £15 per child attending. The day’s activities are geared around a minimum of 30 in a session. If you are from a small school, please still register below and we will endeavor to match you up with another similar sized school group.

We’d like to encourage your pupils to take part in one of our triathlon by getting sponsorship  Our charity partner, Macmillan Cancer Support would value this support and have some fun way of how to get involved. Find out more here.

This is a unique and exciting opportunity for the children to be exposed to a contemporary and popular sport. Triathlon broken down is swimming, cycling and running so naturally part of a child’s life, and this fun platform is a creative way of delivering the curriculum and benefiting the children.
