Training

We would always recommend training in preparation for any event, but how much you do, and the style you take is down to you. We are partnered with training experts to offer you the opportunity to attend a training day or sign up for a tailored training programme.

Overview

The Castle Triathlon Series is very excited to begin a new partnership with RG Active Ltd.

RG Active are one of the UK’s largest specialist triathlon coaching companies and have been in the business for 10 years offering their coaching expertise to thousands of athletes across the globe and now they are here to help, assist and train you through the race season as you get ready for your chosen Castle Triathlon.

RG Active have always put ‘fun’ first and foremost in everything they deliver and this is something that we feel is very important. They want your Castle Series Triathlon experience to be as special as possible but realize that each individual ‘journey’ to the start line is as important as the race day itself.

Training days

The training days will focus more around novice, inexperienced competitors but there will some for the more advanced, experienced athletes allowing you to hone and develop your skills.
The days will all provide a healthy, balanced mix of theory and practical work to help you learn, prepare and enjoy the day and answer all your questions ahead of the big day.

RG Active have prepared a selection of training programmes specifically for the Castle Triathlon Series events and race distances. They are offered in our unique ‘Compete’ or ‘Complete’ categories to allow you to get the perfect results from your hard work.

The RG Active training programmes have been priced very competitively because they know that triathlon is not a cheap hobby and they have always aimed to make everything they do as accessible and affordable as possible for everyone that’s wants it.
