We would always recommend training in preparation for any event, but how much you do, and the style you take is down to you. We are partnered with training experts to offer you the opportunity to attend a training day or sign up for a tailored training programme.

Overview

The Castle Triathlon Series has a well-established and very popular training platform run by the elite coaches from thetrilife.com who can support you through the race season.

Bespoke training programmes and training days can be booked during the registration process, or by logging back in and tick the online shop option.

For first time triathletes we would like to help you feel fully prepared for your first event – this is meant to be fun!  For more experienced athletes coaches will be on hand to help you improve your race performances.

Training experts
