Six Physio will always treat patients case by case, there is no one-size-fits-all. People are made differently:  you swim, bike & run differently and you also work differently, so you need to be looked after differently.

Based in London, we’re not on everyone’s doorstep, but we can offer help from afar.

  • The Guru can and does help, daily! You’ll never receive an off-the-shelf email, responses are tailored to your injury – the more detail you give, the better the Guru can diagnose and advise.
  • Our website contains a plethora of common injury videos for your perusal, enabling you to look after that niggle at home… with some added guidance from the Guru too if you like.
  • Physiotherapy is a small world, so if your injury is lingering and you don’t live in London then we can definitely point you in the right direction of who to see locally.

Rehab is Key

Most of our Physios are involved in Sport, so know exactly what it’s like when told to ‘rest-up, train less, be sensible, you need an op’!

For this reason we want to keep you moving…

We focus on your rehabilitation: from the first tentative steps post-injury or post-op to the final stage required for your sport. We’ll help coach, coax and coerce your recovery. Our physios want you to realise your full potential.

Swimming predominately uses the upper body muscles
  • Do you ever have restricted and painful Neck movement?
  • Do you know if you have optimal thoracic rotation required for bilateral breathing and optimal hand position in the catch phase of swimming?
  • Are your lats mm length and strength limiting your speed and endurance in the open water?
On the bike, the areas of work are the powerful gluteal group, the quadriceps and the hamstrings
  • What’s your hamstring to quad strength ratio in your bike position?
A high-impact sport, running causes the highest amount of injuries of the 3 triathlon discipline:
