The written plan is supported by relevant training articles sent to you by email and the team of coaches are just an email away – or you can pick up the phone to get some support and advice. For each program there is a novice plan. A novice plan is for those athletes that are doing their first race over the distance for example – your first sprint distance or your first Iron distance.
