Castle Howard Triathlon

We are looking forward to welcoming all participants to this stunning venue. Please scroll down to for full race details, including wave Start time, Water temperature, Wetsuit hire, Course maps, Spectator and Camping details.

Car Parking and Arrival

All event spectators and participant to follow the Triathlon Car park signs. Please do not try to park in the Castle Howard visitors carpark as you will be turned around.

The A64, on the way to the Castle, is a single traffic land and notoriously busy resulting in queuing traffic. Please allow for possible delays when planning your journey. This is particularly relevant to the supporters and junior competitors of afternoon races, we highly recommend leaving extra time to avoid disappointment in missing the race.

On Saturday afternoon between 2pm and 5pm we will be running the closed-road 13 – 15 year old races and our Mixed Team Relay. Whilst the roads are closed we encourage you and your spectators to stay and enjoy the racing, the entertainment in the event village and the access to the Castle and gardens.

All our UK triathlons are now permitted by British Triathlon

IT IS NECESSARY FOR NON MEMBERS TO BUY A DAY MEMBERSHIP ON ARRIVAL TO THE REGISTRATION AREA

  • £1 (under 20 year olds)
